Connie has been inspiring people to improve their fitness for the past 3 decades. She is an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist and recognized as a Corrective Exercise Specialist in The BioMechanics Method ( TBMM-CES ). Her expertise lies in understanding the musculoskeletal system and helping people address common aches, movement limitations, or annoying pain, and lead them to experience noticeable improvements. This specialized knowledge helps her design corrective exercises to help you feel amazing. A structural assessment is one of the most important tools a fitness professional can use to gather information about the condition and function of the musculoskelatal system, both prior to, and during a program of regular exercise.
Her ultimate passion is to help you become stronger for activities you love, or build superhero muscle. Her job is to make sure that your time training with her is effective, fun and empowers you. Her career has always been about creating the most effective personalized workout for you.
A former junior ski racer, her passion is skiing. She loves to run, hike, bike and rock climb, enjoying traveling to the cliffs of the Greek Islands, Sardinia, Italy, Spain,and Thailand.
In 2004 she was struck with spondylolisthesis, a very painful displacement of the spinal column. After undergoing surgery to fix her back, she focused on becoming a back pain specialist. This is the core of Connie's expertise~ strengthening and protecting the back. She has also studied yoga with world renowned yoga teachers, so if you train with her, you will surely do some yoga.
