I focus on the whole body! That is why I teach people about corrective exercise and functional fitness. The goal is to eliminate all-too-common muscle imbalances and joint dysfunction. This is often caused by poor posture at desks, inactivity, injury and repetitive movements. Returning the body to it's proper functional joint movement however will allow you to stay active and continue doing the things you like to do. For many the goal might be to improve energy, strength, endurance, posture, flexibility, balance or athletic performance. My passion in life is helping clients attain their goals; whether it be to lose weight, get fit or remove aches and pains. I will watch you like a hawk every repetition to insure your technique / form is perfect which is how you progress and attain your goals "safely".
