Overview

I am a water sports certified National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) graduate of La Salle University's National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). In 2003, I started my in-home training company. In addition to personal training, in 2017 I co-founded The Well Nutrition Plan with Laurie Waskovich, MS, RD LDN. This is a customized dietary plan designed to assist customers in losing weight as well as potentially improving health problems caused by inflammation and illness. There will be no meal replacements or wacky shakes in this regimen. I am not a fan of gimmicks or fad diets, and it is my aim to provide a safe training environment while also teaching creative and proven diet and exercise methods to get good outcomes.
