I've worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. My approach to training is to educate, inspire, challenge, and communicate.
Among my specialties are weight lifting and strength training; sports conditioning; corrective exercise; functional training; senior and juvenile fitness; Boxing; TRX suspension training; nutrition and weight management; balance training; and pre- and post-natal fitness.
The majority of his customers believe that his biggest strength is his ability to energise and encourage others. I have extensive knowledge of almost every kind of workout.
